Yes. Every True Rest mattress comes with a 100 night sleep trial from the date of delivery, so you have plenty of time to be sure it's right for you.

Every True Rest mattress arrives compressed, rolled and boxed, ready to unroll and expand in your bedroom.

Delivery is free across the UK mainland.

Order before 2pm and your mattress is dispatched the same day via DPD for next working day delivery. Order after 2pm and it will be dispatched the next working day, arriving the day after that.

Every True Rest mattress, Single, Double, or King, is packaged into the same 40 x 40 x 109cm box, so even our largest mattress arrives easy to carry and manoeuvre.

After an initial 30 night settling in period, if you're not completely satisfied within your first 100 nights, email us and we'll arrange collection and a refund. A £49 collection fee applies, deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of collection. See our Returns page for full details.

Your True Rest mattress is designed to be used one way up, with the memory foam and Aurora® Foam comfort layers on top. We recommend rotating it end to end occasionally for even wear, rather than flipping it over.

Spot-clean any marks with mild detergent and lukewarm water, then let it air-dry fully before use. Avoid soaking the foam or
using harsh chemicals. Using a mattress protector from day one is the easiest way to keep it in good condition.

Yes. Once you remove the cover, your mattress is fully recyclable.
