True Rest 10 Year Warranty
Every True Rest mattress is built to last, and we back that with a 10 year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects. It doesn't replace your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which apply regardless of this warranty and last separately.
What's Covered
- Sagging or dipping greater than 2.5cm, visible without lying on the mattress
- Splitting, cracking, or breakdown of the foam layers under normal use
- Seam, stitching, or cover failures
- A mattress that fails to expand to its correct size after unboxing
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening that doesn't meet the sagging threshold above
- Changes in comfort or firmness preference. If you're within your first 100 nights, this is covered by our sleep trial instead, see our Returns page
- Stains, burns, cuts, liquid damage, or damage caused by misuse
- Mattresses used without a mattress protector
- Mattresses that have not been rotated as recommended (see Conditions below)
- Mattresses purchased through an unauthorised third-party seller
- Mattresses transported or used outside the UK
Conditions
To keep your warranty valid:
- Use a mattress protector from day one
- Rotate your mattress end to end occasionally for even wear. True Rest mattresses are designed to be used one way up and should not be flipped over
- Keep proof of purchase, this will be needed to process any claim
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your mattress has developed a fault covered by this warranty, email us at info@truerest.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We'll confirm next steps within 2 working days.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which require goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. These rights are not affected by anything in this warranty.
