Materials You Can Trust. Comfort You Can Feel.

A great mattress should do more than feel comfortable when you first lie down. It should support your body night after night, help you wake feeling refreshed, and give you complete confidence in the materials you sleep on every day.

At True Rest, comfort is only part of the story.

Every layer has been carefully selected to deliver the ideal balance of support, pressure relief, breathability and durability, while meeting recognised standards for safety, quality and environmental responsibility. From the foams at the core of the mattress to the fabric cover that sits closest to your skin, every material has been chosen with purpose.

That commitment starts with our CertiPUR™ approved foams. These foams have been independently tested against strict criteria for health, safety and environmental performance, giving you added peace of mind about what is inside your mattress.

When it comes to better sleep, comfort matters. Feeling confident in your mattress is just as valuable.

Certified Foam. Confidence Built In.

The foams used within the True Rest mattress are CertiPUR™ approved, a recognised certification programme for polyurethane foam used in mattresses, bedding and upholstered furniture.

This approval means the foam has undergone independent assessment to ensure it meets rigorous standards for
safety, emissions, and environmental performance.

CertiPUR™ approved foams are:

Made without heavy metals such as mercury, lead and cadmium. Made without phthalate plasticisers. Made without carcinogenic or allergenic dyes as defined by EU legislation. Made without substances known to cause cancer or heritable genetic damage. Tested for low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

While most people will never see the materials hidden inside their mattress, those materials matter. Foam quality affects everything from long-term comfort and durability to the overall sleep experience.

Choosing CertiPUR™ approved foam means choosing materials that have been independently assessed against recognised standards, allowing you to rest easier knowing your mattress has been built with care from the inside out.

Comfort Engineered From The Inside Out

What truly sets True Rest apart is the carefully designed comfort system hidden beneath the surface.

Rather than relying on a single layer of foam, True Rest combines three complementary comfort layers that work together to support your body, relieve pressure and improve airflow throughout the night.

Each layer has a specific purpose, creating a sleep experience that feels balanced, supportive and responsive from the moment you lie down.

1. Supportive 5-Zone Foundation

At the heart of every True Rest mattress is a robust support core made from Richguard® Extra polyether foam.

This high-density foam has been selected for its durability, resilience and ability to maintain performance over time. Unlike lower-quality foams that can lose structure with prolonged use, Richguard® Extra is designed to provide dependable support night after night.

To further enhance comfort, the foam is cut into a 5-zone support system.

Different areas of the body require different levels of support during sleep. The shoulders, hips and lower back all place varying demands on a mattress, and a one-size-fits-all support structure cannot always provide the most balanced sleep experience.

The 5-zone design helps distribute body weight more effectively across key pressure points, encouraging better alignment and improved support where it is needed most.

The result is a medium-feel foundation that feels stable, supportive and comfortable, helping you wake feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

The finished mattress is independently tested to BS EN 1957 and rated medium firmness overall, 6 out of 10, holding up well through extensive durability testing.

Read more about how this fits into the full Sleep System.

2. Pressure-Relieving Memory Foam

Above the support core sits a layer of high-density memory foam designed to adapt to your individual shape.

Memory foam responds to body heat and pressure, gently contouring around your body as you sleep. This creates a more personalised sleep surface that cushions high-pressure areas while maintaining support where it matters most.

For many sleepers, this can help reduce pressure across the shoulders, hips and lower back, areas that commonly experience discomfort during the night.

The contouring properties of memory foam also help encourage healthy spinal alignment by adapting to your natural sleeping position.

Rather than feeling like you are sleeping on top of the mattress, the memory foam layer helps create a more balanced sensation of comfort and support.

The result is a sleep surface that feels cushioned, supportive and tailored to your body throughout the night.

3. Breathable Aurora® Foam Comfort Layer

The final layer in the True Rest comfort system is Aurora® Foam.

Designed to deliver responsive comfort and enhanced airflow, Aurora® Foam combines pressure relief with greater breathability than traditional memory foam.

One standout feature is its innovative open-cell structure. This design allows air to move more freely through the foam, helping reduce heat build-up and create a fresher sleeping environment.

Unlike conventional memory foam, which can feel slow to respond, Aurora® Foam adapts quickly as you move during the night. It provides a more responsive, bounce-back feel that makes changing position easier while maintaining consistent comfort.

Aurora® Foam's open-cell structure allows around four times greater airflow through the foam than traditional memory foam, independently tested, helping reduce heat build-up so the surface feels fresher throughout the night.

That means improved breathability, better temperature management and a sleep surface that feels fresher and more comfortable throughout the night.

Designed For Better Sleep

Every element of True Rest has been selected with one goal in mind: helping you achieve consistently better sleep.

From the supportive 5-zone foundation and pressure-relieving memory foam to the advanced breathability of Aurora® Foam, each layer works together to create a mattress that balances comfort, support and performance.

Just as importantly, carefully chosen materials, recognised testing standards, and responsible manufacturing processes support those comfort benefits and help you feel confident in what you are sleeping on.
