100 Night Sleep Trial
We're confident you'll love your True Rest mattress, but we understand that finding the right feel takes time. That's why every mattress comes with a 100 night trial from the date of delivery.
After an initial 30 night settling in period, if you're not completely satisfied within your first 100 nights, email us and we'll arrange collection and a refund.
How the Trial Works
- Email info@truerest.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.
- A £49 collection fee applies, deducted from your refund, this covers the cost of arranging collection of your mattress.
- One trial per household. This trial applies to your first True Rest mattress only.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of the mattress being collected.
Faults and Damage
If your mattress arrives damaged, or develops a fault covered by our warranty, this is handled separately from the sleep trial. See our Warranty page for what's covered, and get in touch using the details below.
How to Start a Return
At the moment, returns and faults are handled directly by our team. Email info@truerest.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
Your Statutory Rights
UK law gives you the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Because our 100 night trial already goes well beyond this legal minimum, you don't need to rely on it separately, but it still applies alongside everything above and is not affected by our trial or warranty terms.
